Carey Lowell was a former American model and actor. Her first job was as a fashion model, working for designers like Ralph Lauren and Calvin Klein. In 1986, her professional career as an actress began with the film "Dangerously close". That same year, she appeared in the movie 'Club Paradise. She also appeared as one of the characters in"the" James Bond movie "Licence to Kilt" (1989). The character was later reprised in the video game '007 Legends. She is best known for her appearance in TV particularly for her character 'Jamie Ross' on her role on the American TV drama , 'Law and Order. The show had her as the main character and in a part as a guest. In the mid 2000s, there was disillusionment for her. For the purpose of learning the art of documentary, she joined the highly regarded 'New York University.' The three-year divorce battle she had in which she was involved with the actor Richard Gere ended in 2016. Lowell is adamant that she's never been associated with any scandal after.
