Already millionaire, he has been on the national stage when the show was launched in the month of March 2014. He was born in Georgia and raised in Westminster, South Carolina. He married Julie Chrisley, and together they had five children. He got married Teresa Terry for his first wedding. He was the brother of Derrick Chrisley, who died when he was just a newborn. He and Julie, his spouse, have five kids, of which all appear on the TV show.
